Kallah Classes
Helping You Enter Marriage With Confidence, Clarity, and a Deep Sense of Safety
Becoming a kallah is a beautiful, exciting milestone—but it can also feel overwhelming. There is so much to learn, so many expectations to navigate, and often very little space to ask honest questions or explore your feelings without judgment.
My goal is to create that space for you.
Kallah Classes with Rikki
I offer kallah classes that are warm, thoughtful, grounded in halacha, and designed to help you feel prepared—not just informed. With decades of clinical experience as an occupational therapist specializing in the nervous system, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and embodied safety, I bring a uniquely holistic and attuned approach to this work.
You deserve guidance that honors both your mind and your body.
You deserve to enter marriage with ease, dignity, and confidence.
My Approach
Every kallah is different. Your background, your expectations, your questions, and your emotional needs matter deeply. I tailor each session so you can learn at your own pace, in a supportive and calm environment. I integrate:
Halacha
Halacha taught clearly and respectfully with a focus on clarity of halacha vs. minhag.
Hashkafah
Hashkafah grounded in true Torah values, fostering understanding, meaning, and spiritual alignment.
Shalom Bayis
Shalom Bayis skills that are tailored to the unique challenges of newlyweds today.

Awareness
Body-based awareness to support comfort and safety.
Emotions
Emotional regulation strategies to prevent becoming overwhelmed.
Judgement Free
A judgment-free space where you can talk openly.
Intimacy
A therapeutic understanding of intimacy challenges.
Whether you are excited, nervous, unsure, or simply want a thoughtful and mature learning experience, you will never be rushed or pressured. My goal is to help you feel grounded and ready, not just “trained.”
Special Expertise for Women
with Specific Needs

Over the years, I have taught kallahs across the spectrum—from young women who feel fully prepared and simply want a warm teacher, to women who need a more specialized, therapeutic approach.
- Are diagnosed with OCD or anxiety
- Have a history of trauma or abuse
- Have difficulty with body awareness or sensory sensitivity
- Are worried about intimacy or pain
- Come from strict or high-pressure backgrounds
- Need a slower, gentler pace of learning due to learning differences
- Prefer a teacher who truly understands emotional and physical safety
Because of my years of clinical experience helping women regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with feelings of safety, I am able to support kallahs who may struggle in areas where traditional classes do not always provide enough help.
You are not “behind.” You are not “the only one.”
You simply need a teacher who understands.
